Overview
Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
Must-Have 1–3+ years in Service Desk / Help Desk / Desktop Support
Strong experience supporting Windows OS
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, LAN/WAN
Hands-on support of PCs, printers, scanners, and smartphones
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent)
Understanding of IT security policies and compliance
Responsibilities Provide first-line deskside and remote support in a factory/production environment
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Support Microsoft operating systems, printers, and barcode scanners
Manage, update, and clarify support tickets; communicate resolution status
Escalate complex issues or outages to senior support or management
Assist with testing, deployment, and stabilization of new IT services
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures
