Job Summary
Office based sales position within the back‑office team, acting as a Customer Service Associate. The person in this role is responsible for providing customer and sales support functions. The Customer Service Associate answers incoming calls and emails regarding complex customer service issues, purchase orders, billing questions, and collects payments from our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
Using the CRM database to process sales orders, send order confirmations, and update orders for billing.
Answering incoming calls regarding purchase orders, billing, and payments.
Responsible for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
Processing payments from the customers.
Filing customer paperwork.
Working with distributor online portals to retrieve and confirm orders.
Assisting other departments and channels throughout the organization with Customer Care related support.

Professional
Associate degree or equivalent experience of at least 1+ years in a customer service role in lieu of a degree.
Preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce
Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel equivalent)
Experience with a CRM system.
Additional Information
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 (range is a guide; offers may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal equity).
