Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Oakland, MD Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission

Work schedule: M-F, 8a-5p with occasional overtime
Salary range $14 – $15.82 per hour base pay
Position is commission eligible

Qualifications
Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals.
Your high school diploma or equivalent.
One year of customer service or call center experience.
