Key Responsibilities

event setup, logistics, coordination, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve
campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve
campaign goals and KPIs

at all times
Qualifications
Interest in
marketing, promotions, event marketing, or brand management
Outgoing, approachable, and confident engaging with new people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn (coachability is key)
Team-oriented, dependable, and professional mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required (marketing coursework is a plus)
Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or events is a bonus — not required.
