Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events, promotions, and community outreach programs
Support event logistics including materials preparation, signage setup, registration, and on‑site coordination
Welcome and engage attendees in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner
Provide on‑site support to ensure smooth event operations and positive guest experiences
Assist with post‑event cleanup and operational wrap‑up tasks
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient event execution
Collect attendance data, participant feedback, and engagement metrics for reporting and future planning
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable engaging with the public and representing a brand professionally
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team‑oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bonus: Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, volunteer work, or event support
