We are seeking a motivated

Entry-Level Community Engagement Associate

to join our

mission-driven outreach and events team . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their careers who want hands‑on experience in

community outreach, public engagement, event coordination, and brand representation .

No prior experience is required. We provide

structured onboarding, paid training, and ongoing mentorship

to help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of

community events, outreach programs, and local engagement campaigns

Represent the organization professionally at public events, meetings, and community activations

Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders

Assist with

event logistics , including setup, breakdown, and on‑site coordination

Collect feedback and track basic

engagement metrics and community responses

Collaborate with team members to meet outreach goals and improve community impact

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a plus)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills

Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in face‑to‑face environments

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities

Able to work a full‑time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends

Reliable transportation to local events and outreach sites

Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
