Preferred Background Formal credit training and experience with middle market clients (revenue 100mm+).
Responsibilities
Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.
Create and drive strategy to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
Focus on client opportunities by providing insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being to drive engagement and loyalty.
Manage a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and enhance the client experience.
Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for the most complex requests using advanced credit fundamentals.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $110,000.00 — $265,650.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
