Role Description We are seeking a full-time eCommerce Associate to join our team on-site in New York, NY. The eCommerce Associate will manage our online store, oversee the product catalog, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include updating product listings, processing online orders, and managing customer inquiries. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment within the luxury market.
Qualifications
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other CMS platforms.
Experience with listing on eBay or similar online marketplaces.
Ability to write copy for online listings.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in luxury retail is a plus.
Knowledge of luxury timepieces is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
