We are hiring a motivated
Entry-Level Brand Ambassador
to join our
nonprofit outreach and community engagement team . This is a
public-facing, event-based role
representing well-known nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, and public outreach activations.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in
nonprofit work, marketing, public relations, communications, customer service, or community engagement . No prior experience is required— paid training and mentorship are provided .

Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Communicate nonprofit missions, programs, and impact to the public
Engage community members through professional, friendly, face-to-face interactions
Distribute informational materials and encourage donations, volunteer sign-ups, and support
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Maintain a positive, professional, and brand-aligned presence at all times
Support team goals by meeting daily and weekly outreach and engagement targets
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident personality with a willingness to engage the public
Interest in nonprofit work, community service, or social impact initiatives
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced event environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or volunteer experience is a plus (not required)
