Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Salt Lake City, UT for an Assistant Manager at Worx Landscaping & Snow Removal. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, and supervise landscaping and snow removal activities. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining client communication, handling project budgets, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory, and supporting the team in achieving company goals. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist in training staff and fostering teamwork to maintain exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Project Coordination and Operations: Skills in scheduling, time management, and ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met effectively.

Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs efficiently.

Landscaping and Outdoor Project Knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping practices, materials, tools, and techniques, as well as knowledge of snow removal processes.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to handle unexpected challenges, think critically, and make insightful decisions to keep projects on track.

Organizational and Financial Skills: Experience in managing project budgets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality resource allocation.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in the landscaping or related industries, operations management, and training team members is an advantage.

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
