A well-established General Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support a strong backlog of site development and heavy highway projects. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in heavy civil construction who can take ownership of estimates, manage multiple bids, and contribute to overall project success. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for site development and heavy highway projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Manage multiple estimates and deadlines Work with project teams, clients, and design partners Track and evaluate project costs and scope changes Qualifications: 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction Experience with site development and/or heavy highway work Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Proven ability to manage large, complex estimates What's Offered: Competitive compensation and benefits Strong pipeline of work Stable, team-oriented environment Long-term growth opportunity All inquiries are kept strictly confidential.
