Product Designer
Exhibitly, Sauk Trail Beach, WI, United States
We're hiring a Product Designer to shape every screen, flow, and pixel as we scale our product suite.
Exhibitly is bringing AI to the $60B events industry that's stuck in 2010…
100+ events signed in 8 months (all inbound)
Bootstrapped to six-figure revenue (just raised a round)
Massive first-mover advantage (hyper-growth potential)
…and a roadmap that will reshape our entire industry
What you'll do We have a massive design surface coming. Widget redesigns, dashboards, new product launches, mobile experiences. And zero designers today. You won't just make things look good. You'll shape what they are.
Own the design surface end-to-end.
Every screen, every flow, every gate. From first visit to free account to paying customer. It's all yours.
Shape product decisions, not just execute them.
You'll work directly with the founders to figure out what we're building and why. You bring options to the table, not just pixels.
Design UX flows that convert.
Our product lives on other people's websites. Every click counts. You think about the user journey before you think about visual design.
Prototype fast.
Figma and AI tools (Claude, Lovable, v0) are part of your daily workflow. You sketch the experience instead of writing specs.
Pair directly with engineering.
No handoff decks that collect dust. You're in the same room (literally) as the people building what you design.
Talk to users.
Organisers, exhibitors, attendees. Watch how they actually use the product. Translate their pain into design decisions.
Nice to haves
Frontend code chops (Tailwind, React) are a plus but not mandatory
Background in events, martech, or marketplaces is a plus
What we offer
A slice of the equity pie. This is a co-builder role
Real influence on product direction, not just visual execution
A massive design surface to own from day one
The process
Coffee or call with our CEO. We'll share the full vision
Design challenge: a real problem from our roadmap, see how you think
We're looking for HIGHLY-MOTIVATED builders! If that's you, let's talk.
