What you'll do
We’re product-led at our core with zero outbound sales. Now we’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with growth loops, viral mechanics, and flywheel thinking to help take us from 100+ events to 10,000+. Find and build the loops.
Our product touches thousands of end users on other people's websites. Every interaction is a potential growth lever. You'll spot those opportunities and design the mechanics: shareable reports, referral triggers, network effects, etc. Own the PLG.
Activation, conversion, virality, retention. You’ll instrument the funnel, find the drop-offs, and build the systems that fix them. Widget CTR, report engagement, share rates, etc. Build the brand.
Make Exhibitly the hottest name in the events industry. LinkedIn, industry events, case studies, partnerships with agencies and organisers. You do the day‑to‑day brand work because at our size, everyone does everything. Scale inbound.
SEO, content, email, partnerships: build the channels that bring the right people to us without a sales team knocking on doors. Launch new products into the market.
New products are coming. When they ship, you figure out how to get them in front of the right audience and design the growth mechanics from day one. Who you are
Experience at a PLG or product‑led company You think in systems: loops, flywheels, viral coefficients, compounding mechanics Scrappy executor: you can build a landing page, write a LinkedIn post, and set up an email sequence in the same afternoon AI‑native: you use AI tools to do the work of a 3‑person team Data‑driven: you set up tracking, read funnels, and make bets based on numbers Nice to haves
Experience with embedded products: widgets, plugins, tools on other people's platforms Background in: events, martech, or marketplaces CRO chops: A/B testing, funnel optimisation, conversion experiments Strong eye for UI/UX: you care about how things look and feel What we offer
