As the Global Owned Media Planner, you'll play a crucial role in planning and optimizing our advertising campaigns across the TikTok platform.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and achieve key performance indicators globally.

Audience Targeting: Utilize TikTok's ad targeting options to effectively reach our target audience worldwide, including demographic targeting, interest targeting, and lookalike audience targeting.

Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives within allocated budget constraints.

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance.

Global Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams to ensure cohesive and effective implementation of global advertising strategies.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok and incorporate them into campaign planning.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative, and measurement insights and analytics, to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Strong familiarity with TikTok's ad platform and tools, experience buying and managing campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager, and knowledge of the paid social landscape.

Proven expertise in handling end-to-end advertising campaigns, from strategic planning to execution and optimization, consistently exceeding performance targets through a deep understanding of diverse advertising objectives and methodologies.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand campaign data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging effectively with senior stakeholders in a team environment.

Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn and implement new strategies and best practices.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail, experience with campaign planning cycles, and managing large budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to devise and communicate global strategic direction for owned TikTok campaigns.

Experience collaborating with creative teams to guide asset development using data-driven insights.

Passionate and knowledgeable about TikTok's content and product.

Experience working across multiple regions and cultures, experience working with tech brands.

Job Information Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position is $72,200 - $121,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
