
Partner Manager, Entertainment - TikTok Operations (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities
About the Team: TikTok's Content Partnerships team is responsible for accelerating the growth of our top global media accounts through strategic relationships, platform-led content initiatives, and best-in-class partner service. The Partner Manager, Entertainment will sit within this team, operating at the intersection of content campaign execution, partner operations & management, and cross‑functional coordination. This role is critical to bringing IP campaigns to life on‑platform — from asset collection through to in‑app execution — while ensuring a seamless experience for entertainment partners across North America and globally.
Serve as a primary point of contact for entertainment partners on account management and partnership execution, handling inquiries with clarity and efficiency.
Manage partners day‑to‑day by working closely with Product, Creator, Ad Sales, Business Development teams and other cross‑functional stakeholders to execute against co‑developed strategies based on company priorities.
Work closely with the Content Partnerships team to develop and define requirements for campaign programming initiatives.
Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑visibility campaigns across many local markets, driving internal cross‑functional and external partner alignment & communication from campaign strategizing/planning all the way to recapping.
Support the broader Entertainment Partnerships team in identifying operational improvements and scalable solutions and work with Product teams to implement iterative workflows.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
3+ years of relevant work experience in content operations, campaign management, partnerships, or a related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross‑functional and external stakeholders with clear, organized communication.
Genuine interest in film and television, with an understanding of how entertainment content performs in digital environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with a problem‑solver's mindset.
Familiarity with TikTok's platform, content ecosystem, or short‑form video landscape.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with technical content delivery, platform tooling, or digital campaign execution.
Experience working with media publishers, content platforms, or entertainment companies.
Benefits Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,920 – $209,380 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
