
Senior Partnerships Manager, Entertainment - TikTok Operations (Los Angeles)

TikTok's (Content) Partnerships team is responsible for accelerating the growth of our top 100 global media accounts by developing strong, executive level relationships, strategic partnerships, landing core platform narratives, securing incremental growth (primarily content but in alignment with media, marketing, GBS teams) and providing best in class service.
The Senior Partnerships Manager, Entertainment will report to the Entertainment Partnerships Lead on TikTok's Content team. The Entertainment Partnerships team develops and nurtures high level relationships with publishers across NA and globally, whilst securing vertical content growth and delivering clear and attributable value back to publisher businesses. This role will be primarily responsible for analyzing global entertainment publishers' content performance on TikTok, providing strategic recommendations, and helping to manage publishers (NA + Global) on a day-to-day basis. The candidate should have a deep understanding of short‑form, user‑generated content landscape including account management, content strategy, data and performance analysis and knowledge of TikTok and the social media landscape.
This is a global, strategic role with a comprehensive scope: communication, negotiation and relationship building skills, proven industry experience and the capability to work across countries, continents and cultures.
Responsibilities
Manage partners' content portfolio by working closely with Product, Creator, Ad Sales, Business Development teams and other cross‑functional stakeholders to develop and execute publisher strategy based on company priorities
Develop and execute central content strategy and relationship management for corresponding partner stakeholders
Channel partners' business needs and priorities into opportunities to further long‑term partner relationships and unlock strategic incremental growth opportunities
Deep understanding and insights of the key metrics and measurements in Content Operations with acute analytical, reporting, and data storytelling abilities
Execute strategic initiatives that drive business goals and scaled content impact for TikTok and the partner by working with Program teams and relevant cross‑functional stakeholders
Build and nurture high‑level key partner relationships

Strong leadership presence to work with industry executives, senior leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders to steer complex projects with exemplary organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding and insights of the key metrics and measurements in Content Operations with acute analytical, reporting, and data storytelling abilities
Understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick‑off projects to serve core business priorities
Creative approach to partnership structures (in working with Business Development) that fully appreciates the unique value TikTok creates for our entertainment partners and ability to sell this narrative and value prop
Ability to navigate ambiguity & high‑priority/visibility projects with a problem‑solver's mindset to drive strong execution in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of local business dynamics with intellectual curiosity to dive deeper into key issues versus accepting a cursory understanding of the marketplace
Experience with product preferred
MS/MA/MBA and/or content platform experience considered a plus
Job Information Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103,360 - $209,380 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
