$120,000 – $125,000 annually
Position Summary & Responsibilities (SNF)
Lead SNF rehab department and OT services
Ensure Medicare/PDPM and regulatory compliance
Oversee therapy staff, scheduling, and productivity
Coordinate interdisciplinary care for residents
Drive quality improvement and staff development
Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
SNF or post-acute rehab experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare/PDPM and documentation standards
