Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

Compensation:
COTA: $104,000 – $115,000 annually
PT/OT: Up to $135,000 annually
Position Summary & Responsibilities (SNF)
Lead SNF rehab department operations and staff
Ensure Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory compliance
Manage therapy scheduling, caseloads, productivity
Coordinate interdisciplinary care for geriatric residents
Drive staff training, audits, and quality improvement
Requirements
Preferred: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Open to PT/OT or strong candidate without prior DOR experience
SNF/post-acute rehab experience required
Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare/PDPM and documentation standards
