Director of Rehabilitation
to oversee a therapy department at a skilled nursing facility in Petaluma. Whether your background is as a COTA, PT, or OT, you’ll be leading a dedicated team, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality rehab services for residents.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the daily operations of the rehab department with hands‑on guidance and mentorship
Support, coach, and develop therapy staff to foster a positive, high‑performing culture
Ensure resident care meets clinical standards and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Identify opportunities to grow and improve rehab programs
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed COTA, PT, or OT in California
Strong clinical skills and a team‑first leadership style
Someone who values accountability, collaboration, and a culture of excellence
