You’ll play a key role within a high-performing preconstruction team, working on bids that directly shape project success and company growth.
The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll support preconstruction leadership across the full estimating lifecycle - from early-stage conceptual pricing through to final bid submission.
You’ll be involved in:
- Building detailed estimates including general conditions, alternates, labour, and vendor pricing
- Producing accurate quantity take-offs across full concrete scopes
- Developing conceptual estimates from limited design information
- Supporting project handover with accurate and detailed information
- Mentoring junior estimators and ensuring quality across the team
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in structural concrete estimating
- Background with a self-perform GC or concrete contractor
- Experience across commercial / industrial projects ($1M+)
- Strong understanding of both hard bid and negotiated work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
