Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and bids for multifamily wood‑frame projects.
• Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver high‑quality results.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily wood‑frame construction.
• Strong knowledge of estimating software, scheduling tools, and construction management practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required).
