Director, ISC Operations – Honeywell

As a Director, ISC Operations at Honeywell, you will strategize and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations at the Richardson, TX facility. You will oversee, guide, and track procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure operational excellence. You will report directly to the Sr. Director ISC Operations and work on‑site.

In this role you will improve production and delivery efficiency, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure efficient resource use.
• Create and execute strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain.
• Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and provide data‑driven planning recommendations.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and procurement logistics.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, finance, and other department leaders to ensure alignment.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the integrated supply chain.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
• Provide strong people leadership and development, nurturing a skilled, multi‑functional workforce.
• Communicate operational status and strategic initiatives to upper management and stakeholders.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to support site growth and product launches.
• Apply best practices in manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction, and quality assurance.
• Lead large project transitions, coordinating resources for seamless integration.
• Drive sustainable manufacturing initiatives, minimizing environmental impact.
• Collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional organization to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Leverage semiconductor industry experience to enhance operational strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain management experience focused on integration and optimization.
• Experience managing large facilities, ideally with multi‑site operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for operational improvement and strategic decisions.
• Expertise in procurement, production, logistics, and distribution to maintain seamless supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and related supply chain software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
