to lead, stabilize, and scale its project execution function. This is not a traditional PM leadership role. It’s a
build + fix + scale opportunity

Job Description This role owns
end-to-end project execution
across a portfolio of complex, multi-component systems. You will lead the transformation of a fragmented PM structure into a
centralized, scalable, and high-performing function
across multiple operating locations. Key responsibilities include:
Lead and develop the Project Management organization, including team structure, hiring, and performance management Own project delivery from handoff through execution, delivery, and closeout Drive improvements in
schedule adherence, cost control, forecasting, and risk management Build and standardize project management processes, tools, and reporting across locations Support the rollout and optimization of
ERP-driven project and procurement workflows Oversee procurement coordination tied to projects, including vendor management and long-lead tracking Strengthen supplier relationships to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance Partner cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and procurement to ensure alignment Develop repeatable execution models to support scalability and growth This role sits at the intersection of
project management, operations, and supply chain , with direct impact on execution performance and profitability.
Requirements 7–10+ years of project management leadership experience in an industrial or project-based environment Proven experience
building PM teams, systems, and processes
within a growing or evolving organization Strong background in project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and supply chain Working knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and vendor management Experience managing projects across
multiple sites Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred: Background in power conversion, electrical infrastructure, precast, modular, or prefabricated systems Experience with ERP implementation or business process transformation PMP or similar certification
