Position Summary Leads the Project Management function for the Integrated Solutions division. Supports delivery of skidded integrated solutions serving the power conversion industry and complementary markets. Builds team structure, process discipline, and execution standards to support growth. Owns procurement processes within Project Management, including purchasing oversight and vendor relations. Plays a central role in Acumatica ERP process development and rollout.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead, hire, and develop the Project Management team. Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations within the function. Oversee project execution from handoff through closeout. Drive schedule, budget, forecasting, change management, and risk control. Develop scalable PM processes, templates, reporting, and governance. Support design and implementation of core workflows in Acumatica ERP. Oversee project procurement activities, including supplier coordination and long-lead tracking. Strengthen vendor relationships to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Operations. Support market expansion by developing repeatable execution models.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, construction management, or related field preferred. 7–10+ years of project management leadership experience in a project-based or industrial environment. Demonstrated success leading teams through growth and organizational change. Strong experience developing processes and operating structure. Working knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and vendor management. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with skidded, modular, packaged, or integrated systems. Experience in power conversion, electrical infrastructure, energy, or adjacent industrial markets. ERP implementation or business process transformation experience. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Success Measures Successful rollout of Acumatica-driven project and procurement processes. Build-out of the PM team and clear role definition beneath the Director. Improved project visibility, forecasting, and execution discipline. Reduced dependence on fragmented manual spreadsheets. Stronger vendor performance and cross-functional alignment.
