Shipping & Receiving Specialist
ProLogistix is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist with forklift experience to join a growing team in the USA Parkway area. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM Pay: $21/hr Location: USA Parkway, NV Job Responsibilities
Validate and record inbound and outbound shipment data manually and in the WMS system. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare and create pick lists, packing lists, and POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation. Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, operations, and management. Perform clerical tasks including filing, answering inbound/outbound calls, radio communication, and data entry. Verify and receive products into inventory. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
