About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a high-impact marketing strategy that is directly linked to the growth and financial performance of its network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full marketing funnel, from demand generation to client retention, and will be expected to drive measurable ROI and CAC efficiency. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can build a scalable, performance-driven marketing engine across various levels of the business. Key responsibilities include owning marketing performance, defining and managing enterprise marketing strategy, establishing KPIs, and integrating marketing with operational rhythms. The VP of Marketing will also lead brand marketing, develop local marketing strategies, and oversee the marketing technology stack.

Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of progressive marketing experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in multi-location, field-based, or service-oriented industries. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in performance marketing, demand generation, and the ability to connect marketing activities to financial and operational outcomes. Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing paid media, SEO, CRM, and digital acquisition channels, and be adept at vendor and agency management. A deep understanding of multi-location business models, digital marketing ecosystems, and a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to marketing are also key competencies for this role.
