Groundskeeper / Porter
for a
multifamily apartment community in Conroe, TX . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, attractive community for residents and guests.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated team player who enjoys outdoor work and is ready to help support a community offering upscale amenities, a
resort-style pool ,
lake views ,
fitness center ,
outdoor courtyards , and a
pet-friendly environment
in a convenient Conroe location near The Woodlands.
Groundskeeper / Porter Responsibilities:
Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas Assist with the exterior upkeep of buildings and community amenities Help preserve strong curb appeal through daily groundskeeping and porter duties Work with the property manager and maintenance team to prioritize tasks as needed Proactively identify and respond to unexpected property needs, including weather-related cleanup Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from common areas Help maintain cleanliness around the pool, courtyards, and shared outdoor spaces Support the team with additional property cleanup and exterior maintenance duties as needed Job Details:
Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday Some weekends, as needed Property located in

Qualifications:
Previous groundskeeper, porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred Multifamily apartment industry experience is a plus Bilingual in
English and Spanish
is helpful Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail required Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process Apply now and be available for an immediate interview.
