Bilingual Leasing Professional Hire Priority is seeking a high-energy, experienced Bilingual Leasing Professional for a multifamily apartment community in Conroe, TX. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and is confident supporting both leasing activity and day-to-day resident services. This role is ideal for an experienced bilingual leasing professional who can step into a busy two-person office and immediately assist with OneSite, work orders, resident balances, traffic, phones, walk-ins, and daily leasing support.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents by showcasing apartment homes and community amenities in person and over the phone
• Tour the community with prospects and answer questions about apartment features, amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood
• Assist with traffic management, leasing activity, and day-to-day front office operations
• Help process work orders, resident account questions, and balances using OneSite
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist walk-in residents and prospects with professionalism and urgency
• Support lease administration and general office functions in a fast-paced leasing environment
• Help maintain organized records and provide dependable support in a small office setting

Full-time opportunity 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday Property located in Conroe, TX Fast-paced two-person office environment

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Previous multifamily leasing experience required Bilingual in Spanish and English required OneSite experience helpful Must be able to assist with work orders, traffic, and resident balances Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and confidence are essential Must be dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a small, high-responsibility office Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws required Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process Apply now and be available for an immediate interview.
