Support the Property Manager with day-to-day office operations and administrative responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with resident relations, lease administration, and general front office support Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist walk-in residents and prospects professionally Help maintain organized resident files, office records, and property documentation Assist with rent collections, balances, notices, and resident account follow-up as needed Support leasing efforts by helping manage traffic, inquiries, and office flow Coordinate with maintenance and office staff to help ensure smooth daily operations Job Details: Location: Austin, TX Multifamily apartment community on South IH-35 Position Type: Temp-to-hire General Property Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday 10-5, Sunday 1-5 Job Requirements
Qualifications: Previous Assistant Property Manager or multifamily property management experience required Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills required Must be professional, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment Experience with resident accounts, collections, leasing support, and general office administration preferred Must be able to multitask and assist with a variety of daily property management responsibilities Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws required Clean criminal background required Clean credit check required Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process Apply now and be available for an immediate interview.
