Position Overview We are looking for a
driven, full-cycle sales professional
who can generate their own opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and close deals from start to finish.
This is a
door-to-door (D2D) closing role
where you will:
Prospect neighborhoods
Identify restoration needs (storm, water, roofing, etc.)
Run inspections
Guide homeowners through the process
Close the deal

What You'll Do
Generate leads through
door-to-door canvassing
in targeted areas
Perform
roofing & restoration inspections
(training provided)
Educate homeowners on damage, solutions, and project scope
Guide clients through insurance claims when applicable
Manage the
entire sales cycle
from first contact to signed contract
Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
Represent Upright with
professionalism, honesty, and clear communication
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and
self-motivation
Comfortable with
door-to-door sales
and rejection
Excellent communication and people skills
Closer mindset
– you know how to ask for the sale
Coachable and willing to learn the restoration/construction process
Sales experience preferred (D2D, roofing, solar, or construction is a plus, not required)
