Marketing and Digital Media Specialist Job in US (remote) Physical Therapy by Phoenix is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Digital Media Specialist to support company-wide marketing initiatives, brand consistency, and digital presence. In this role, you will assist with marketing campaigns, maintain online business profiles, support reporting and analytics, coordinate marketing materials, and manage digital and internal communication platforms to strengthen patient engagement and brand growth.

Compensation $45,000 – $55,000 annually

Position Overview As a Marketing and Digital Media Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing the company’s digital footprint. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned, data-driven, and reflective of a cohesive brand identity across all channels.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field strongly preferred

1–3 years of experience in web design and website management required

Must reside in the Wichita or Kansas City metropolitan area

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and maintain company websites, ensuring content accuracy and updates

Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles for all clinic locations

Monitor and respond to Google reviews in alignment with company guidelines

Optimize website and digital content for search engine performance (SEO)

Design, manage, and analyze Google digital advertising campaigns

Track advertising performance and adjust campaigns to improve results

Prepare and deliver reports summarizing digital marketing performance

Complete monthly analytics reports for social media and Meta platforms

Create and maintain cohesive branding across digital and print platforms

Design marketing materials including graphics, flyers, and website content

Support sales team with printed and digital marketing materials

Ensure all marketing materials comply with FCC and HIPAA regulations

Track clinic specializations and maintain accurate marketing content

Create and distribute monthly patient and physician newsletters

Collaborate with HR on internal communications such as associate bulletins

Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars

Coordinate promotional materials and marketing assets for events

Organize clinic photoshoots and content creation initiatives

Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

Utilize EMR systems to generate reporting data for marketing insights

Analyze marketing and sales trends to support strategic planning

Research competitors to identify opportunities and industry trends

Attend meetings and travel to clinic locations as needed

Skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Graphic design for digital and print materials

Web design and website content management

Understanding of UX/UI principles to improve user experience

Photography and videography skills

Video editing for marketing and educational content

Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, social media)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail across all marketing channels

Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Adaptability in learning new systems and tools

Familiarity with social media, online listings, and digital marketing platforms
