About the Role We are seeking a
Ford Warranty Administrator
to join our award‑winning team. In this critical position, you’ll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all Ford warranty and parts claims, ensuring compliance with Ford Motor Company policies and maximizing claim approvals.
What You’ll Do
Accurately review and process Ford vehicle service and parts warranty claims daily.
Audit repair orders for proper documentation, labor operations, technician notes, and compliance.
Submit claims through Ford's Warranty Processing System and monitor for timely payment.
Communicate with Ford Warranty Reps and service advisors to clarify claims or resolve disputes.
Track claim status and research denied claims for appropriate resolution or resubmission.
Stay up to date on Ford policy changes, TSBs, recalls, and warranty bulletin updates.
Collaborate with Parts and Service leadership to ensure timely and proper claim handling.
Maintain precise warranty records and reporting logs for internal and Ford audits.
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of experience processing
Ford Motor Company warranty claims
(Required).
Strong knowledge of Ford OWS, DMS, and FMC warranty policies & procedures.
Attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
Ability to manage high-volume claim processing with speed and accuracy.
Experience with CDK/Dealertrack, CV360, or similar dealership management systems a plus.
Team player with excellent communication and follow-through skills.
