Responsibilities
Support internal and external clients by managing workflows and providing routine client assistance.
Help retain clients and enhance their satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Create and manage documents, certificates, and reports using Gallagher’s systems and tools.
Collaborate with production team members to meet business goals and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with data, document, and timeline standards.
About You Required:
School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Previous experience managing client relationships.
Behaviors:

Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
