Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in both English and Spanish Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling Document and update customer records based on interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment Minimum high school diploma; college preferred Experience supporting consumer products and/or services Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Positive and professional demeanor
