Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program Document enrollment requests, status changes, and customer complaints accurately Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED Basic understanding of call center environments and customer service roles Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals Must complete an internet speed test and meet minimum requirements Background and drug screening required
