Job Summary The Salesforce Administrator II will serve as the strategic and technical lead for all Salesforce CRM activities, responsible for the daily management, maintenance, training, and continual improvement of the Salesforce platform. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, and Field Teams to ensure Salesforce effectively supports business goals, drives user adoption, and remains a high-impact tool across the organization.
Essential Job Functions
This role includes managing user accounts, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to end-users
This is a unique and highly collaborative position where you will work closely with organizational Salesforce users and development teams to understand their system needs and solutions
Manage user licenses, accounts, and permissions, solving issues raised by IAM or Service Desk teams
Update and maintain data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, and correcting issues raised by the business or Service Desk
Responsible for handling Salesforce support requests escalated from the Service Desk, organization, or IT SMEs
In addition to resolving the issues, help the business users understand how to use the system to reduce the number of calls requiring Service Desk attention
Maintain thorough documentation of identified resolutions, processes, and configurations
Responsible for Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to, workflow, process builder, field page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
Manage assigned functions in all environments, including Sandbox and Production

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–3 years of Salesforce administration experience.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning.
Strong knowledge of platform automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder), data management, and security protocols.
Proficiency in building reports and dashboards.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience supporting field-based sales teams.
Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and data tools (e.g., Dataloader).
Experience in a high-growth or sales-driven environment.
