Our client, a strong mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC superintendent to oversee projects, oversee a team, and work with project managers and others on job sites. They are a well‑known company in the area.
They are looking for an HVAC superintendent to oversee high‑rise projects for offices and student housing mostly from the ground up. The HVAC Superintendent will serve as the field leader and drive execution through completion.
Responsibilities
The HVAC Superintendent will lead day‑to‑day operations on the job site and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors. Many of the projects are high‑rises for office buildings and student housing.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the role will have 2+ years of experience as a superintendent overseeing HVAC projects. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, have strong leadership skills, and be able to manage a team in the field. They should be able to work as a team, as well as thrive individually.
Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the 32.00 - 35.00/hour range. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package and more.
