Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments and perform pre-registration tasks Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient financial obligations Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining logs and data for quality improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
GED or High School Diploma At least 6 months of previous registration experience 6+ months of customer service or outbound call center experience Previous registration experience in a hospital setting is preferred
