
Account Manager- Personal Lines

Overview We’re a full-service independent insurance agency looking for a customer-focused professional to support our Insurance Producers in the sales and service of Personal Lines accounts. In this role, you’ll develop a strong understanding of each client’s coverage needs, as well as carrier rating programs and underwriting guidelines. You’ll play a key part in marketing and placing both new and renewal business, while delivering prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to our clients. This is a hybrid position offering both in-office and remote flexibility.
What You’ll Do Market accounts for both new and renewal business
Partner with Producers to grow the book of business and identify cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the agency management system
Manage endorsements, client communications, invoicing, and billing processes
Requirements 2+ years of Personal Lines Account Manager experience in an independent insurance agency (required)
Active Georgia Property & Casualty license
Experience with insurance agency management systems; Applied Epic preferred
Strong customer service skills with a desire to continuously learn and build relationships with underwriters
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic setting
