About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead a large team in the development and execution of brand strategies for its PM Meals bread and bun brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for both short-term and long-term portfolio growth, building activations to retain and attract consumers, and expanding the brands into new occasions. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership, and a proven track record in leading innovation and new product development teams, preferably in the CPG sector. The VP will also be tasked with reigniting top-line growth, defending against private label competition, and building a next-generation innovation pipeline aligned with consumer trends.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing include partnering with cross-functional teams to commercialize key innovation opportunities, leading the digital shelf approach, and working on retail media activation. The role demands a leader with a strong background in consumer insights, category intelligence, and revenue growth management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, food science, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis, experience with syndicated data, and a passion for driving measurable growth are essential. The VP will also be expected to advance multicultural and Hispanic marketing strategies and build activation calendars around relevant cultural occasions.
