Carelon Global Solutions Commercialization Director

Carelon Global Solutions (CGS), a fully owned subsidiary of Elevance Health, is a healthcare solutions company that simplifies complex operational processes to improve the health of the healthcare system.

Location

This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility for productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance of an office.

Responsibilities

• Research new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.
• Assist in creating the company’s strategic and annual plans.
• Collaborate closely with CGS global pre‑sales and commercialization organization to develop competitive bids and sales presentations.
• Partner with the Carelon Global Solutions Growth Executive during finalist presentations for US‑based clients.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience, including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry.
• MBA preferred.
• Ability to travel.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for this position: $151,712 to $227,568. In addition to salary, Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase plan, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
