Carelon Global Solutions Commercialization Director
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
Carelon Global Solutions (CGS), a fully owned subsidiary of Elevance Health, is a healthcare solutions company that is simplifying complex operational processes to improve the health of the healthcare system.
The Carelon Global Solutions Commercialization Director is responsible for coordinating the relationship with external Go-to-market partners to drive growth and jointly develop an end-to-end offering.
How you will make an impact:
- Research new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.
- Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans.
- Collaborate closely with the CGS global pre-sales and commercialization organization on developing competitive bids and sales presentations.
- Partners with Carelon Global Solutions Growth Executive during finalist presentation for US based clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry is strongly preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Ability to travel is preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations the salary* range for this specific position is $151,712 to $227,568.
Location: Chicago IL
