Director of Payroll

Payroll Management: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations; prepare and file tax reports; support audits.
Leadership: Lead and mentor the payroll team, ensuring high performance and effective training.
Systems & Technology: Manage payroll systems, implement improvements, and collaborate with IT and HR for system integration.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide payroll reports to senior leadership, track compensation costs, and reconcile payroll data with finance.
Employee Support: Address payroll issues and inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPP certification preferred.
Experience: 8-10 years in payroll, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
