This is a contract, hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Beverly Hills, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property tours, negotiating sales and purchase agreements, maintaining client relationships, and staying up‑to‑date on market trends. The agent will collaborate with a highly experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals within the luxury real estate market. Qualifications
Active Real Estate License is required. Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets and practices. Experience in Sales with excellent negotiation skills. Outstanding Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and organized with strong communication skills. Familiarity with luxury and high‑value property transactions is an advantage. Proficiency in technology and real estate software tools is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
