Overview
Gatsby Real Estate is seeking a motivated and reliable Licensed Leasing Agent to support leasing activity across our growing Los Angeles portfolio. This role combines in-office coordination from our Beverly Hills headquarters with on-site property showings throughout Los Angeles. The position is focused on conducting showings, engaging with prospective tenants, and supporting the leasing process from initial tour through lease signing and move-in readiness. The ideal candidate is personable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with consistent leasing volume across multiple properties. Gatsby Real Estate is the property management arm and sister company of Gatsby Investment, a well-established real estate development and investment company based in Beverly Hills. Gatsby Real Estate manages a growing portfolio of 350+ residential units across Los Angeles, including a mix of traditional multifamily and shared living properties designed for roommates, co-living arrangements, and families. With a steady pipeline of new developments each year, the team leases approximately 10+ new units per month, providing consistent opportunity and activity for leasing agents. Our internal office team handles applications, approvals, and lease processing, allowing leasing agents to focus on showings, tenant interaction, and coordinating move-ins. Responsibilities
Conduct property showings for prospective tenants across multiple locations Coordinate showing schedules with applicants and the internal team Clearly present unit features, pricing, and the leasing process Follow up with prospective tenants after showings Maintain consistent communication with applicants throughout the process Coordinate and assist with tenant move-ins, including scheduling and on-site walkthroughs Conduct final walkthroughs prior to move-in when needed Communicate feedback and market insights from showings to the team Maintain professionalism and represent the Gatsby Real Estate brand Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of real estate leasing experience (required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work both weekdays and weekends, including evenings Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple showings Spanish speaking is a plus Work with a large and growing real estate platform backed by an active development pipeline Consistent leasing volume with new construction units coming online regularly Opportunity to lease a diverse portfolio, including high-demand shared living properties Support from an in-house team handling applications and approvals Hybrid work structure combining office collaboration and field activity Clear opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Compensation
