Role Description
This is a full-time position based in the Greater Orlando area for a Real Estate Agent. The REALTOR will assist customers in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring seamless and successful transactions. Responsibilities include preparing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include gathering market data, advising clients on property values, and following current real estate trends and regulations. Qualifications
Proficiency in real estate knowledge, including property laws, regulations, and market trends Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and close transactions Experience with Real Property assessment and management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency with real estate software and technology is a plus Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Greater Orlando area
