This position pays between $15.50 - $16.55/hr based on experience
This will be an on‑site position at Blue Ash CBO in Cincinnati, OH.
Essential Job Functions
Processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanning
Scanning documents to proper location in accordance with the Record Retention Policy
Performing tasks necessary to complete the document process
Communicating with coworkers and supervisors to maintain proper processing methods
Meeting regulatory compliance requirements and Ensemble’s Health Partners mission
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Experience
1 to 3 Years
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1‑2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
Experience with general computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs and office equipment such as scanning machines and printers
Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations
Inquisitive disposition and openness to innovation, including AI, to explore better processes and improve patient and client experiences
