Temporary Scanning Specialist
ABC Imaging is currently seeking a Temporary Scanning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in document scanning and be proficient in handling both small and large documents. This role requires a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and organization in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities
Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitize documents accurately and efficiently. Prepare documents for scanning by sorting, organizing, and removing staples, bindings, or other obstructions. Handle a variety of document sizes, ensuring proper scanning techniques for both small and large formats. Monitor scanning processes and troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Perform quality control checks to ensure scanned images are clear, complete, and properly aligned. Maintain and organize digital files for easy access and retrieval. Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and optimize scanning processes. Follow company procedures for document handling, confidentiality, and data security. Qualifications
23 years of experience as a Scanning Operator or in a similar role. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with digital file systems. Experience scanning both small and large documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with scanning equipment and software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
