Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.

Job Details The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. The construction superintendent will play a crucial role in overseeing day‑to‑day operations at project sites, coordinating with stakeholders, and supervising a dedicated team of construction professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.

Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs.

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and construction management to determine budgets and timelines.

Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.

Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.

Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly.

Maintain a daily log of the job site’s operations and report to management.

Make changes to the operation as necessary to meet construction deadlines.

Implement cost‑effective and efficient management techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Minimum five years of relevant experience as a construction superintendent managing commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
