Job Description
We are seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck on an established route, providing service, and selling across an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and includes both indoor and outdoor tasks such as delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment
Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek
Majority of work with no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities Include
Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Skills / Qualifications
Active driver’s license
Minimum age of 21 years
DOT medical certification (required for driving a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.)
Documentation of prior employment
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent (Military Service acceptable)
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team‑based environment
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit

Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, comprising a base salary plus earned commissions. The range considers skill set, experience, performance, and business needs.
